As a Registered Representative of Calton & Associates, Inc. you are required to complete Firm Element Continuing Education as mandated by FINRA.  Please complete your required 2008 training as specified below:

Firm Element Continuing Education (FE Courses tab)

All Persons MUST complete four (4) courses as assigned per the below requirements:

1. ALL persons must complete Anti-Money Laundering course
2. ALL persons must complete Ethics course
3. If you currently hold a VA license you are required to complete the course:
   Senior's and Variable Annuities
4. If you are a licensed supervisor (S-24) you are required to complete the course:
   Proactive Supervision

To enroll for FE or additional designation continuing education training please follow the below instructions:

1. Please login to the Learning Management System using your individual login per the login instructions
2. To select your online training course(s), click the click here in the sentence reading, "To register for additional courses, please click here."
3. Please click directly on the appropriate course library to browse titles, i.e. Firm Element/ Insurance CE/Certified Financial Planning CE
4. Check the check box for the course(s) which you'd like to add to your training library and follow the registration steps per the provided instructions to insert this course into your Individual Profile/My Training page
   Note:  DO NOT create a new username or password
5. Click directly on the course title to begin training

Annual Compliance Meeting Requirement (ACM tab)

If you were unable to attend our 2008 Annual Meeting in Tampa, FL you are required to complete the online Annual Compliance Meeting.  Note:  To receive credit for attendance at our 2008 Annual Meeting in Tampa FL you must have signed in.  If you did not sign in at the Annual Meeting, you will be required to attend the online Annual Compliance Meeting.

ALL Persons MUST complete the Annual Compliance Questionnaire.
