Annual Continuing Education Regulator BinderAt the end of each Firm Element year our customers receive an end of year Firm Element Binder. This binder will be an overview of all products and services provided by Firmelement.com and will be presented in an easy-to-review format per regulator guidelines and specifications for the Firm Element CE requirement. An electronic format will also be included. Each binder will contain the following: annual needs analysis and questionnaire, CE Plan, list of registered and non-registered covered persons and respective course assignments, documentation that all covered persons received and completed assigned Firm Element coursework, course outlines, ACM, additional questionnaires/documents and/or supportive materials.
